TIME OF DELIVERY

In Italy, deliveries will take 1/2 working days. An extra working day is required for deliveries to Calabria and the Islands.

For EU Countries deliveries will take 2/3 working days by standard delivery, 1/2 working days by Express delivery, where available.

For all other destinations, deliveries will take up to 5 working days by standard delivery, 2 working days by Express delivery, where available.

For deliveries to countries imposing customs clearance procedures, there may be a slight delay compared to the estimated delivery times; the goods will, in any case, be delivered within 30 days, in accordance with the laws in force.

This date do not contemplate bad weather, customs hold-ups, remote locations and are valid from payment confirmation.

Delivery times may incur delays during

• holiday periods: for example but not limited to Christmas, Summer Bank Holiday and National Holidays (e.g. April 25 in Italy, July 14 in France, etc.)

• events beyond the control of those involved in the distribution chain, such as natural disasters, road blocks due to strikes, events, car accidents, visits by public figures, and so on.

• special promotional events

Couriers do not deliver on holidays and pre-holidays or national holidays (for example but not limited to Christmas, Summer Bank Holiday, April 25 in Italy, July 14 in France, etc.)

An extra working day, compared to the above terms, is required for orders paid for by credit card to allow for standard administration procedures.

For orders paid for by bank transfer, delivery times will be calculated upon receiving payment confirmation.
